Wow
On Friday, someone is supposed to come to my house to install and do the settings for the wireless modem from 1 to 3 pm. Due to circumstances I could only reach home at 2 plus, so I called and delay the time to 2 to 3, thinking that the person will most probably come around one hour later. Wow! The person reached at 2 pm and I reached home at 2.50. He was going to leave already. Lucky I reached home just in time. The thing is although I am so late. He was NOT furious, just A BIT unhappy only. He was still friendly and said that luckily I returned home in time. I think he felt relief for me cos otherwise I will have to pay for him to come the next time. After waiting for so long, he finished his stuff in around 10 min! So fast! I wasted so much of his time and he was not angry, just a bit peeved! I am very amazed! He was more angry at the ungrateful foreign scholars who he happened to meet at a gathering. Hmm, I am lucky! He didn't kill me and did his work well. Still in amazement...
BTW, can someone teach me how to change the archive in a drop down box? It is getting too long for my liking. :s
