Work again
I went to the lab again to continue with my experiment. Yeah! There was bacteria in the agar boiling tube! Then I continued with the gram-staining but the sucky microscope does not allow us to be able to see the colour properly as the light was too dim, so I did not know whether I grew the correct bacteria. At least it proved that normal agar powder can be use to grow bacteria easily. Then after that I made yoghurt. Very simple steps... I will check the results tomorrow. Maybe can take a picture and put it here for you guys to see. (Provided it is successful)
