Time Flies
First of all, I apologise for the inactivity of my blog. I seriously did not realise that it has been two weeks since I last blogged. Ok enough of crapping. hehe
After spending the whole day shopping with Jiamei (an incredible feat for me), I realised shopping is a very good way for me to lose weight. 
Let me explain why. Shopping spoils my appetite. Why? I don't know. I just don't feel like eating much stuff when after shopping. This helps in the dieting part. Shopping requires a lot of walking which is a form of exercise. 
. Hence the conclusion: Shopping trip = a losing weight package.
